• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional materials or events
of the company.
• Planning of marketing initiatives like advertisements, branding, and
customer relations.
• Assistance in arrangement of interviews, employee training, motivation,
and performance measurement of the sales team.
• Communicate with customers to ensure quality product deliveries and
follow up of online customer orders.
• Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support

• Monitor standard clerical duties as assigned, including faxing, copying,
mailing, and communicating with clients.
• Respond to incoming communications, such as phone calls and emails.
• Digital and physical handling of documents and reports.
