• Prepare cost by dealing with clients.
• Maintain regular good relationship and communication to clients.
• Maintaining communication open lines with all organizations and providing prompt answers to requests in order to determine how to convey concise, clear, and timely selective information.
• Executing a wide variety of details that involve direct mail, outbound calls, public relations, customer communications, and other marketing plans.
• Provide general administrative support to the Chief Executive and staff team.
• Act as the main point of contact for visitors and callers, including reception duties.
• Maintain the central filing system, general database and archive.
• Undertake and assist in the recording and processing of invoices, receipts and payments as required and instructed.
• Other duties assigned.
• Perform the full range of recruitment and selection duties, including application screening; job announcement preparation etc.
• Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources.
• Coordinate & conduct exit interviews and new employee orientations; process and maintain employee records. Assist in the negotiation process and in other labour relations functions.
• Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs.
• Input and retrieve data and run reports from an HRIS system. Conduct classification and salary studies, including the writing or revision of class specifications.
• Perform administrative support duties and assist in the interpretation and application of rules, MOU’s, policies and procedures. Counsel and advise employees, supervisors, department heads and the public on matters related to employment, promotion, benefits, classification, compensation, and accident reporting and claim procedures.
• Participate in and develop related human resource training programs.
• Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety etc.
• Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
• Maintain & improve Quality Management System as per ISO 9001:2008
