- Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial
specifications required for the project
- Advise internal and external on issues regarding purchasing Terms & Conditions
- In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on
Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules

ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation

Took the responsibility of managing effectiveness of the outsourced services availed by the bank with various and careful selection of capable service providers who aspires to cater and perform the services being required by the bank. Managed outsourcing contracts being maintained by the bank. Contributed in generating cost savings for the organization by performing best practices in procurement which includes effective price negotiation, liaising of RFI, RFP or RFQ and conduction of proper and ethical sealed bidding.
Processed invoice verification prior to endorsement to Finance Department for payment process.
Project Executive is responsible for the part of the workplace management team that directly manages short- and long-term projects. Project Executives are typically responsible for developing strategic program and project goals and monitoring program and project performance.
Currently assigned to provide support in the Recruitment Process of Human Resources Department which includes document controlling of all Employee’s Personal Records, Selection of Pre-qualified candidates and facilitation of recruitment processes from allocation of approved staff requisitions to deployment of newly hires. Assisted with the day to day operations of the HR functions and duties which includes documentation and preparation of reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluation, etc.), Worked closely with Line Managers to ensure correspondence to their manpower requisitions and compliance of the Human Resource Policies, Maintained all HR related records and documentation such as employee's record, Company Handbook, Organizational Chart, etc. Coordinated with public services and PROs with regards to compliance to Labor Laws and government mandatory requirements.
