Deliver language lessons to students \nDevelop lesson plans and individual curricula
• Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations, carry out background research and present findings into subjects the manager is dealing with.
• Organize and attend meetings and ensure the manager is well prepared
• Regularly stand in for the manager, making decisions and delegating work to others in his absence
• Performing oral and written translations to\from English and Russian
• Answering all incoming calls from customers
• Acting as the first point of contact for new and existing cases from clients
• Maintaining clear and accurate case records in databases
• Document all authorizations and expenses
• Arranging of first medical aid, hospitalizations, repatriations, evacuations etc.
