Consulting the clients and helping them to choose the best option from the available alternatives according to their requirements and budget
Advertising about vacant properties and answering all inquiries of callers
Meeting the corporate clients and preparing quotes for leasing property
Preparing all official records including sales and revenue reports for the department

Preparation for participation in trade fairs (analysis of incoming proposals; negotiations with organizers for size / cost of participation; negotiation format participation / cost with participants of the event from the company)
Working with documents (making intra-corporate order for the event; contracts to participate: the study of the treaty text, agreed with the legal and financial service companies and organizers, signature; filling out the registration forms, applications for permits for participants, writing text for the catalog, making the application to construct the booth, preparation of closing documents);
Work with developers of the stand;
Preparation of applications for advertising and souvenirs / presentation materials;

Organize and control the delivery of equipment and materials for the event;
Work on the stand (organization arrival on the stand; organization and control of the plan of work; ensuring smooth operation of personnel, equipment on the stand; participate in events on the closure of the exhibition / diplomas);

Administration work with clients in the office (making presentations to clients, negotiating, contracting, management of the client base).
