and around 2750 fire alarm devices, including HVAC, chillers, ELV systems,
and life safety systems, ensuring reliable operation for one of the worlds
largest and busiest religious facilities.
• Monitor the automated retractable umbrellas, ensuring safe opening and
closing operations according to weather conditions and operational
schedules.
• Monitor and control PLC-based field equipment and respond to alarms.
• Monitor HVAC, central chilled water, ventilation, and air-handling systems.
• Supervise ELV, Fire systems, including CCTV, access control, public address,
and communication systems.
• Prepare Zam-Zam water Consumption report and submit to client
• Energy Optimization through Chiller (Delta-T)
• Preventive maintenance and calibration of HVAC cooling Valves, dampers,
water (pressure, temperature, flow) on site then verify the same result in BMS
System. In addition, 11 Substation’s Energy consumption and calibration of
Breaker status and transformer cooling fans status on site then verify same
status with BMS system.

Submersible & Foundation Pumps, Sprinkler system
• Carefully monitor the performance and effectiveness of the ultraviolets (UV)
disinfection system installed in Zam-Zam Transfer pumps System. The water
was cleaned, stored in stainless steel tanks, then supplied to Al-Masjid an

Worked with Saudi Binladin Group (SBG) Operation & Maintenance Division from 2011 to 2022, contributing as an Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) and IMS Quality Anchor Person.

Acted as ISO / IMS Quality Anchor Person, supporting the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Integrated Management Systems in line with ISO standards.

Played a key role during ISO certification achievement in 2018, actively coordinating with internal and external auditors, ensuring full compliance with ISO requirements.

Supported audit preparation, documentation control, process verification, and corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) across O&M operations.
