Responsibilities held in the role includes the following:
• New-contact development on key projects with local consultants, architects, designers, contractors,
and clients.
• Collaborate with local architects, designers, consultants, and contractors to generate new
specifications for Company’s product lines.
• Co-ordination with in-house Design & Engineering teams to provide proposals for key projects.
• Simultaneously manage multiple large and complex sales projects with different requirements,
timelines, issues, stakeholders, etc.
• Identifying and resolve designer, consultants and client concerns while maintaining Company’s
performance targets.
• Seamlessly hand-off secured projects to Company’s Project Management, Technical, Logistics &
Finance teams to ensure the successful completion of the project
Technical Expertise:
Comprehensive knowledge in Façade lighting and DMX lighting control systems.
Responsibilities held in the role includes the following:
• Brand representation for Mackwell Emergency UK - Handling specifications with consultants,
technical presentations with clients, commissioning of specialized Monitoring panel at site, product
development, and sharing leads to the sales team on projects in the market.
• Lighting controls and Automation - Handling design and execution of lighting control systems for
the local distributor with KNX, DALI, 1-10V also specialized in DMX control systems for facade
lighting.
Other Responsibilities held in the role:
• Active participation in the development of a business plan, and correlating strategies, which ensures
continuous improvement in the company’s penetration of the Lighting market segmentation
• Working closely with upper management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is
on schedule, as well as other departments for support.
• Meeting channel partners and OEM manufacturers across the GCC Region (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar,
Kuwait & U.A.E).
• Consultation and presentation to clients, technical consultants, architects and designers in GCC region.
• Expert knowledge of applicable codes and regulations and excellent communication skills for
interacting with internal and external contacts.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, Ability to manage multiple reviews and deadlines, Responsive to
changing demands, Ability to evaluate new approaches, systems and design solutions.
• Detail oriented and strong analytical skills, Extensive knowledge of standard engineering practices,
techniques, and procedures.

Comprehensive knowledge in design, estimation and commissioning of ELV systems such as Lighting
control systems (DALI, KNX, 0-10V, DMX), Emergency lighting standards and requirements for GCC
region.
