 CRRT on the In-patient areas of Cardiac Center, Adult ICU, Burn Unit, Male & Female Medical, Surgical, Orthopedic, ER, Prison Ward, and Out -patients on the HD setting. (Total CRRT sessions per month average to 300)
 Conventional HD for both acute & chronic renal patients, total bed capacity of 64 stations over 3 shifts with on-call for HD and PD services.

Administrative:

• Investigates and evaluates reports of unusual occurrences and takes timely and appropriate action and notification of the concerned.
• Ensures that that established channels of communication are followed within the Nursing services Department and the Hospital.
• Prepares and submits statistical data, monthly activity/reports to the Nursing Management.
• Develops unit-staffing plan for assigned ward in collaboration with Nursing Human Resources.
• Plans and finalizes the monthly nursing schedule, annual vacation, sick leaves, emergency leave, assigned duties and tasks for nursing staff.
• Predetermines unit supplies PAR levels with continuous monitoring for reordering.
• Encourages an economical approach to the utilization of equipment and supplies while maintaining an appropriate unit stock to meet patient needs.
• Assists in developing the goals and objectives of the department of nursing in order to assure compliance with standards of accrediting and regulatory organizations. Such as grouping nursing teams into Quality Team, Infection Control Team, MMU team, Documentation Team which facilitates data collection for unit specific KPI’s
• Ensuring that problem solving within the nursing team is addressed in a non-biased and empathic approach without prejudice and without procrastination.
• Maintaining professionally sound ethically based communication with all members of the multi-professional team.
