Project Description:
The project scope of work includes R.C.C. structures, tanks, laying of 70 Km of DN800 C.S Pipes, 40 Km of DN600 D.I. Pipes to connect with Steel tanks of 2 x 5 MIG, Concrete reservoirs 2 MIG, Chlorination system, SCADA etc. the bulk of which passes through the harsh terrain of Northern Emirates.
Responsibility
➢ Responsible for executing the works as per the frame of the contract
➢ Reporting to the construction manager, Getting report from the Site Engineer, Supervisors, Surveyors etc
➢ Preparing the daily programme, weekly planning and monthly target achievement, planning and execution
➢ The site level planning and executing the works and monitoring the progress in quality and safety aspect
➢ Responsible for parallel activities like construction of A.V Chamber, W.O. Chamber, L.V. Chamber, & W.M. Chamber, Construction of thrust block & other construction work related to pipe laying projects.
➢ Pre-Planning and conducting Hydrostatics Test in TYCO water pipes (C.S. Pipes with sintakote coating) and Ductile Iron pipes PN 42, P.N 32, and P.N 16.
➢ Laying of F.O.C with warning tape & warning tiles.
➢ Responsible for liaison with client and our management for my area activities
➢ The testing, commissioning & handing over the projects as per the contract agreement

Installation, testing and commissioning of 135 Km of DI (DN100 to DN350) & AC Pipes (DN100 to DN400) and associated works in Northern Emirates
Responsibility:
➢ Responsible for all pipe Line installation activities like excavation of trenches, Pipes laying, construction of valve chambers with complete fitting connections, Hydrostatics test (Pressure limit 15Bar, 32Bar), other activities etc.
➢ Leading the core team of 2 Engineer, 3 Surveyor, 3 Site supervisors, 2 Asst. Surveyors, 150 Workers.
➢ For client inspection and consultant dealing for smooth flow of pipe line project activates and achievements of target.
