PAYROLL OFFICER / ADMIN OFFICER / DOCUMENT CONTROLLER
PAYROLL OFFICER
• Review time sheets, work charts, wage computation and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies through DCI system.
• Distribute and collect timecards each pay period. Issue and record adjustments to pay
related to previous errors or retroactive increases.
• Process and issue employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions.
• Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll
system.
ADMIN OFFICER
• Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, post information onto designated
records.
• Record employee information such as exemptions, transfers and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records.
• Keep track of leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave, for employees.
• Prepare invoices, reports through Pivot table, memos, letters, financial statements and other
documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, and database.
• Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.

• Perform general office duties, such as ordering construction supplies, maintaining records
management database system, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
• File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
DOCUMENT CONTROLLER
• Responsible for operating and maintaining the department document system and ensuring the availability of up to date information/data throughout the project
• Responsible for monitoring registry incoming and outgoing of letters and transmittal drawing
• Process of permanent, long term, short term, and vital records in all media forms, including the scanning or filming of records and management of records in a digital format.
• Prepare Weekly Quality Report and Monthly Report.
• Arrange document cataloguing, packing, and long-term storage or disposal of appropriate
engineering documents at time of project closeout.
• Prepare transmittals for engineering documents and requisitions.
• Generate electronic/hardcopy reports as needed by the project or management.
• Maintain an established data distribution system and schedule for the assigned project based upon client, project, and supplier requirements.
• May revise system or schedule as required to ensure timely approvals and distribution
