Manage all activities related AVSEC Regulatory Compliance & Training (RC&T). Design, Monitor and Control Security Projects, including Integrated Access Control System, Alarm Monitoring, CCTV, Intercom, and ID Badging.
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of the aviation security Program, ensuring Presidential Flight compliance to GCAA requirements.
• Responsible for the Quality Control of all AVSEC Documentation and AVSEC Training.
• Focal point for all AVSEC Audits and inspections to ensure successful results.
• Design and Implement Security Training Program.
• Conduct compulsory security training for air crew and ground staff.
• Define and Oversee Security Projects requirements, and provide consultancy support.
• Conduct security threat assessments and prepare risk management reports.
• Carry out other duties associated with aviation security as required for the efficient and effective performance of the Aviation Security Service’s functions.
• Responsible for managing and maintaining security systems. Supervise and monitor system devices’ performance, and verify integrity of all field equipment. Troubleshooting and problem-solving activities.
• Deal with Emergency situations, and overcome system’s limitations to achieve requirements/directives.
• Ensure that system disaster recovery plan policies and procedures are implemented.
• Directly responsible to the AVSEC Post Holder.
• Liaising with Consultants, contractors and suppliers.
Taking full responsibility in Operating and Maintaining a complete integrated security systems in a Classified Projects:
• Administrating and Maintaining an integrated Access Control, Alarm Monitoring and Guard Tour System (Including variety of access controllers, card readers, magnetic locks and strikes, door sensors, motion detectors, duress switches).
• Honeywell System Software Programming.
• Photo-ID Badging System (Designing database, displays, and card layouts, and Issuing access Badges).
• Installing and Maintaining CCTV System (Pelco), Including fixed and PTZ cameras, switchers, fiber optic/co-axial transceivers, multiplex.
• Programming and Maintaining Intercom System (Dukane).
• Maintaining Walk Through Metal Detectors and X-Ray Machines.
• Experience in preparing Administration & Operation Manuals, Training Procedures and As-built drawings.
