As an entrepreneur I am leading an online interior design business with total of 16 interior architect engineers. The main work structure based on Project Management Agility methodology.
Supervising all maintenance major expense projects & Capital projects in terms of planning, resource allocation, materials preparation, and execution. Leading and couching all project planners ( Mechanical, electrical, instrument, and civil)
I am accountable for formulating and implementing the maintenance department profited plan and the associated SAP WBS budget in my present capacity. In addition, I also produce maintenance reports (including but not limited to maintenance overtime reports. Maintenance budget performance summary, Maintenance workforce status and contract workforce summary) monthly.
My other job duties as Maintenance Cost Leader include the following:
Manage the daily operations of the maintenance department ensuring compliance, safety, and best practices for corrective and preventative maintenance procedures are followed, including accurate completion of the preventive maintenance program. Develop and implement maintenance plans throughout the processes, systems, and equipment.
Ensure quality control standards are consistently met.
Maintain a track record of material requisitions. Source equipment, tools, or materials that may be required cost-effectively. Update maintenance logs for all machinery.
Establish and effectuate protocols for Maintenance budget.
Improvise the maintenance budget control by applying the SAP's (WBS) work breakdown structure
Proactively oversee the entire monthly expenditure of maintenance department.
Effectuate the payment of all contractor and material invoices after acquiring approval.
Assure SAP labor rates and contract unit rates accordance with the latest existing contracts.
Formulate and direct the SOLOMON survey maintenance department input.
Handle a whole gamut of Maintenance functions, such as controlling, driving, upholding, and reporting which is more $50M.

Functioned as a front supervisor for Polymer units (executed TA scope effectively and safely on time) TA - 2015. Moreover, I also majorly engaged in the safety walkthrough every week.
COOP training at SAMREF:
Assigned to Project Planing & Coordinating section under maintenance department. Undertook a study on how to potentially save the company about SAR 1M/ yearly by using better quality coating, for which an award was presented in recognition.(Contributed as the first COOP student provides a suggestion)
