• Support maintenance of all attachments on IVECO chassis such as ariel platforms, compactors, Combined
Grooving Tool, sweepers, etc.
• Technical support for Case products; Excavators, SSL, WL, and Backhoe loaders.
• Technical support for Cifa products; Concrete Pumps, and Mixers.
• Follow up department offers, accounts and collections.
• Technical support for attachments installations mainly for IVECO trucks.
• Troubleshooting using diagnostic tools for IVECO and Case products.
• Support sales team by highlighting on the strong points which help closing sales deals and may join sales
and aftersales field visits.
• Improve employees’ abilities and skills.
• Cooperate with all other departments in order improve the sales market share and aftersales customers
retention accordingly.
• Follow up all complicated technical cases with the manufacturer vi the official channels “THD, PHD, SRR
tickets”.
• Follow up and monitoring TOMECO workshop per franchise.

 Ensure that staff implements measures to ensure quality of customer information on the dealer management system.
 Implement and ensure staff clocking on and off procedures.
 Ensure invectives are reviewed and monitored in line with time keeping sheets
 Ensure those foremen are trained, conduct proper diagnosis of vehicles and test drives vehicles in accordance to company policies and procedures.
 Ensure that vehicles are delivered to customers in accordance with Mercedes-Benz service processes.
 Assist in developing service promotion and business plans to ensure corporate vitality.
 Ensure that all facilities are clean and comply with Daimler's philosophy.
 Ensure customers and customer complaint are dealt with in the most professional and efficient way.
