• Follow up department offers, accounts and collections.
• Technical support for attachments installations mainly for IVECO trucks.
• Troubleshooting using diagnostic tools for IVECO and Case products.
• Support sales team by highlighting on the strong points which help closing sales deals and may join sales
and aftersales field visits.
• Improve employees’ abilities and skills.
• Cooperate with all other departments in order improve the sales market share and aftersales customers
retention accordingly.
• Follow up all complicated technical cases with the manufacturer vi the official channels “THD, PHD, SRR
tickets”.
• Follow up and monitoring TOMECO workshop per franchise.
