Description Of Duties:
- Maintenance Team building, leading, organizing, coaching, development & attitude appraisal.
- Company entities Design, build, operate, maintain &follow-up.
- Production machines selection, installation, maintenance, set-up, troubleshooting & development.
- Monitor, follow up, evaluate machines & Utilities performance, KPI's & Waste reduction
- PLC programming, configuration, modification & troubleshooting.
- Engineering Projects studying, costing, scheduling, implementation & follow up.
- KPI's analysis, monitoring, reporting, Development.
- Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems.
- Reviews the operation of plant equipment and systems constantly, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate solve problems in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Utilities Maintenance Management HVAC, Air Compresser, Boliers, chillers, Pumps & etc.…
- Total Productive Maintenance "TPM" Plans, procedures, foundation, implementation, follow up.
- Contracts agreements following, costing, and checking.
- Spare Parts (locally & externally) management, sorting, coding, ordering, organizing, Stocktaking & maintain alternative solutions in emergency cases.
- Plan Local Spare Parts purchasing, stocking
- Suppliers following, negotiate parts availability.
- Cost Determination, studying, analysis & reduction.
- Participate in objective setting, plan development and performance review of plant performance.
Energy Consumption "Water, Fuel, Electricity" monitoring, reporting.
- ISO 22000 & HACCP planning, procedures foundation, following & reporting.
- Maintains safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures, and enforces the safety program for the maintenance department; reviews safety records to uphold standards of maximum safety for all maintenance technicians
Installing, commissioning and after sales maintenance of:
o Packaging machines: shrink, cartooning and vacuum.
o Filling machines, Bottle Cleaning machines, capping machines: liquid, powder, linear and rotary machines.
o Labeling machines: self adhesive and hot & cold glue.
o Inkjet printers and hot stamp.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1-Preparation of shop drawings and submittal and following their approval with the Engineer.
2-Handling the installation works for medium voltage motor control centers, medium & low voltage switchboards, telemetry & SCADA systems, instrumentation, cables, lighting & small power, fire alarm, and telecommunications systems for construction projects.
4-Preparation of as-built drawings, operation manuals and following their approval with the Engineer.
5-Preparation of method of statements and following their approval with the Engineer

LLC is one of the leading M&E companies in the field of Construction of building, Sewage Treatment plants, Sewage Lifting Station, Irrigation Pumping station, etc. Since I Joined Eagle I worked upon number of prestigious project with well known consultants all over U.A.E such as M/s PARSON INTERNATIONAL, HYDER CONSALTANTS, ACE CONSALTANTS, DORSCH CONSALTANTS MONEGOMERY WATSON, KEO INTERNATIONBAL, HILL INTERANATIONAL MEECON, etc.
Involved in every aspect of a project such as tendering, specification designing technical clarification, technical submittals, supervision of installation, testing and commissioning of the system till handing over of project.
I have fairly good knowledge of instrumentation (theoretical and practical) and controls of any complex magnitude in water industry in particular and as a whole in general.
Fully capable for trouble shooting for problems in control circuits and fairly good understanding of all international standers and requirements of materials as per needed.
Fully aware about different type of motor control center/panels, starters and its associated equipment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Organizes and develops the subject of specialization.
• Ensures the proper implementation of the subject syllabus and the evaluation of its effectiveness under the direction of the supervisors concerned;
• Coordinates the teaching of the subject with subjects taught by other Instructors.
• Maintains records and controls different supplies of the section and ensures proper utilization of the facilities and equipment;
• Participates in co-curricular activities in the Centre and in different summer courses when required.
