1.First of all I would like to inform you that I am one of the first rep sales to be promoted to be shop manager
in short time and that was because of my professional and masterful performance in target achievement
and customer service ,
2.Management, observation and controlling the shops sales employees and customer
In Addition to that through my six years of working at Umniah company .
As a matter of fact. Mission distribution is divided upon my employers equally
and I observe their achievements one by one and I also take the responsibility of managing other branches requirements
such as reconciliation, shops needs and working on solving the employers and the customers problems.
Finally, I have to make sure that my employers weekly evaluation have been improved and from the previous week .

My main job role was to
1- Lead my team into the right way to plan and budget the target which has
been asked for and how to achieve it.
2-Monitor the sales agent in my team in order to let them approach there
goals in solving the customers problems and to achieve results and revenue
to the company since at last the revenue will get back to them and that
will be as a motivation and inspiring to the team
3- Manage the team and produce a degree of dramatic predictability which has
the potential for producing the key results expected by my directors
4- Focus on a vision for the future in order to see myself where I am going as
a person to be in this organization and how I can get that vision.
5- I have the good directive and supportive behavior I have a good attitude
and I am a good listening person I am a good coaching manager to my team I
know how to focus on my tasks and on my team representatives.
