• Managed all the accounting transactions entries and supervised to all the financial transactions (Initial entries, bill payable & receivable, note payble and receivable, sales invoices, cheques), Preparing bank account reconciliation (copmany account statements and banks statements). • Calculating the income TAX & social securities payments by jordan law and registered for all the entries, Preparing cash transfer request, and Follow up all the payment with our company clients. • Preparation of weekly /monthly collection reports and money transfer report and statement of accounts for the clients, Review of daily cash transfer that prepared by teller, Audit and control of cash advances and petty cash replenishments, Audit and control of all the entries befor booking, Received cash refund from stuff and ensure all the payment are cleared by the company policy & Supervised to the accountants. • Analysis of the revenue accounts, expenses account variances and preparation of check voucher towards to the suppliers and follow it.

• Preparation journal entries and general ledger operations, Prepare and maintain the statements of the accounts on a monthly basis or as requested, Monitor and resolve bank issues including fee and check differences, Administer accounts receivable and account payable. • Account/bank reconciliations, Review and process expenses reports, Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process, Assist with implementation and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.

• Analysis of the revenue accounts and expenses account variances, Preparation of check voucher towards of all the suppliers accounts. • Account payble : receiving of vendor bills of payment, process it. • Account receivable : supervisor in accounting of customer receipt. • Banking & insurance :ensure debit advices, credit and statements. • Petty cash : receipt, ensure approval are available for cash payments • TAX :process tax and filing of tax return periodically and covered it
