 Recruiting, interviewing, testing, and selecting employees to fill vacant positions
 Planning and conducting new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards the organization goals
 Insure that the company employees are complying with the laws & regulations in terms of social insurance, labor law, military & health certificates.
 Keeping records of benefits plan participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting
 Administering benefits programs such as life, health and disability insurances, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, holidays and employee assistance
 Participating in developing competitive compensation policies that comply with labor law and monitor internal compliance with these policies to ensure the achievement of the compensation objectives
 Developing and maintaining an effective recruitment and placement process to help achieve the company’s hiring objectives
 Participating in developing and maintaining an effective training and development process that help identify needs
 Participating in the development of the overall business strategy of the company to ensure proper identification of HR needs and challenges
 Establishing disciplinary and termination processes that are compatible with labor law and ensure full compliance with these processes
 Organizing interviews and participating in preparing the training programs for employees
 Handling all the administrative work and organization data
 Handling all matters and reports related to ( )
 Collecting employees separation notices and related documentation and conducting exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations
 Preparing reports and recommending procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover
