Ensuring compliance with Corporate Governance principles and regulations issued by the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) and completing the quarterly corporate compliance progress reports to the CMA. Performing gap assessment of required documentations/procedures to bridge the gap between the Company’s governance structure and CMA regulations. Contrasting & reporting of variances between Articles of Association/Articles of Incorporation and CMA Regulations.
