Write business requirement documents for reports and interfaces.
* Develops, configures and implements solution in accordance with the client's business
requirements within oracle fusion HCM cloud.
* Advanced knowledge of the marketplace and delivery of one of more of Accenture’s
Oracle service areas, (Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, CX, SCM and
Financials).
* Experience in all phases of a full implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering,
design, build, go-live, testing) in Oracle HCM Cloud.
* Analyze, design and develop best practice business needs through technology solutions.
* Interact with client teams to understand their requirement and design the right solution.
* Involved in CRP, SIT and UAT

Review existing IRC materials for engagement of men and boys and adapt them as
needed to the context incorporating feedback from FGDs with community members,
discussions within the WPE team, and inputs from other relevant actors
* Ensure consistent monitoring and evaluation of interventions through end-of-session
surveys as well as baseline and final evaluation surveys.
* Participate in learning opportunities around engagement of men and boys, including by
shadowing the Male Engagement Officer and Male Community Mobilizer in the Bekaa
* Actively address challenges in program implementation and propose solutions to the
WPE manager
* Create detailed weekly and monthly work plans and compile weekly reports in
collaboration with GDG co-facilitator
* Work closely with the WPE Manager and Community Mobilizers to devise strategies to
engage men and boys in community mobilization efforts aimed at creating a protective
environment for women and girls
* Act as the focal point of contact with municipalities and other key local leaders
* Conduct GBV risk assessments with men and boys to gather information about safety
and security of women and girls in their community and existing protection mechanisms
* Participate in community mapping and safety planning exercises as part of the general
community mobilization initiative
* Lead discussions with men and boys about women and girls' safety and protection, in
close collaboration with the rest of the WPE team.

Supporting Oracle product and services in line with agreed proposal.
* Develop work plan, follow and deliver in line with Fusion Implementation Roadmap and
Methodology.
* Develop and enforce best practices for Oracle architecture.
* Propose architectural solutions to best meet business needs.
* Provide detailed sizing and associated justification.
* Optimize network performance and reliability by maintaining hardware and software,
analyzing technical issues, and ensuring availability to system users.
* Security measures to protect data, software and hardware
* Providing network support to complex WAN and LAN networks.
* Securing network systems by enforcing policies and monitoring access to them.
* Provides first level support for the HCM (Oracle Fusion), which includes monitoring,
solving, reassigning, or escalating trouble tickets from Service Now.
* Creates Oracle application technical reports.
* Contributing to the functional and technical design, prototyping, and process design
stages of implementations.
* Conducting User Accepting Test (Oracle SCM).
* Drive requirements gathering sessions and other CRPs.
