• Managed, designed, developed and assisted in the development if the following multi-million dollars projects built entirely in-house: RasGas Intranet, RasGas Internet Website, IT Customer Care Center (ITIL conformant), eInvoicing, ELS, Performance Management, eMarket B2B with SAP MM, eMSR, eContracts, and Operations eMOC
• Developed the first in the region eInvoicing system built on the latest web security and data exchange methodologies known by PIDX used by top oil and gas companies such as Chevron, Exxon and others
• Managed and created the RasGas Board of Directors system used by board members to review and access meetings agendas and other important information.
• Completed $2.5 million dollars systems framework working as the primary lead and project manager
• Currently managing IT related system and projects with third party vendors worth of 10+ million $ including tenders technical evaluation adopting solutions that integrates to Proposer/GAP, Hysis and other gas stream management and optimization
• Helped establish one of the leading web system development teams in the middle east
