• Work as mental health case manager in Zaatri camp (Syrian refugees camp within Jordan) from 1/12-2013 till 1/6/2014.
• Work as mental health case manager and MH focal point in Azraq Camp (Syrian refugees camp within Jordan) from 1/6/2014 till now.
As I was responsible for doing these duties:
• Organize the development of initial care plan with focus with any immediate safety concerns.
• Coordinate the provision of social services to patients, families and significant others to enable these parties to deal with the impact illness on indusial family functioning and to achieve maximum benefits from healthcare services .
• Serve as a patient advocate.
• Enhance collaborative relationships to maximum the client’s and family’s ability to make informed decisions.
• Conduct review for appropriate utilization of services from admission through discharge.
• monitor on-going care plan development with special attention to safety issues and stabilizing the family from the effects of domestic violence

I was working as medical representative responsible for promoting my company products to the doctors and my Duties include :
*building and maintaining positive working relationships with medical staff
*planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables
*developing strategies for increasing opportunities to achieve my target.

• Intensive Care Unit "Medical & Surgical" 18-9-2010 till now.
Competency & Skills:
• Proficient ACLS provider as per AHA guidelines.
• Proficient user of ICU monitors "Philips".
• Familiar with mechanical ventilators "Hamilton-Galileo" and C2.
• Competent in Monitoring, Defibrillation, Cardio version, and Pacing through the "Zoll series - Biphasic"
• Proficient user of Doppler, Feeding Pump, Blood Warmer, Body warmer "Per Hugger",
PCA machine "Patient Controlled Analgesia" and IPVC machine "DVT Prophylaxis".
• Able to prepare patients for operation and received post operatively and take care of them.
• Work as health educator for patient and patient's families.
