Responsible for the overall Architecture of IT applications landscape
Orange Jordan is an integrated operator provides Mobile, Fixed & Internet services, and it is an affiliate of France Telecom Group. I’m working as a Web & Integration Development Team Leader in the Customer Management and Billing Directorate; my role includes the following:
• Projects coordination with concerned parties; inside my department and other departments in the company, and act as a liaison between the company and the external vendors.
• Contact person to coordinate and handle the business requests
• Validate the vendors proposals and provide feedback that help the management to make the decisions
• Handle tasks prioritizing and action plans in the vision of the ITN management directions.
• Ensure to support the business requests, and solve the reported issues within the SLA.
• Lead the team to analyze the business requirements; find the available solutions and recommendations. And design the selected solution's architecture
• Supervise on the implementation and programming phases.
My responsibility was to develop Mobile Services Applications using J2EE. I achieved a Design, Analysis, Database Design and Development of an SMS/MMS Chat application.
Field Training: As a partial fulfillment of the requirements of bachelor degree in Computer Science.
During this period I performed the following tasks:
1. I participated in developing web based archiving system, so I had an experience of designing real life Database and Object Oriented analysis and design.
2. I shared the university’s web site programmers in their work and helped them with developing and designing the web site.
3. I worked with the network administrator and gained a lot of networking and communication practical skills.
4. I also trained with maintenance team and got some of troubleshoots fixing and hardware maintenance.
