• Implementation of COST-OS Enterprise Cost Estimation Software for tendering and estimation departments.
• Develop in-house application “Alkifah Project System - KPS” as internal development software for managing the operation work and sub-contracts activities.
• Implemented Autodesk 360 document management cloud service tool for business document collaboration with our clients, suppliers, and project operation teams to digitalize our documentation and with the proper workflows to keep all operation teams updated and notified about designs and layout modifications immediately.
