•Manages, develops and coordinates the design development process.
•Implement an effective design review process.
•Coordinates design activities with other department and stakeholders.
•Monitors design progress and identify areas of concern.
•Review design change and highlight as necessary to Senior Design Manager.
•Manages multiple projects through interaction with Architects, consultants and sub-contractors;
•Establishes and follows an effective and efficient design review process to ensure that the design meets the overall goals and objectives for the project;
•Ensures that all steps within the project are documented and that the documentation meets Quality Control Standards;
•Reviews design changes and ensure that the information is channeled properly to Senior Design Manager;
•Monitor design progress, identify areas of concern, make sure planned design schedules are met and allocate resources accordingly;
•Ensure proper distribution of all updated and approved project documents to all project concerned parties to keep them all updated;
•Oversee Inter-disciplinary Coordination and Identify Design Coordination Shortfalls;
•Assist in preparation of mock ups for the selected material to show its aspect and to resolve interface details between various types of finishes;
•Attend meetings with sub-contractors to follow up on their shop drawings progress and monitor their technical output to make sure it is in line with the projects design intent and specifications;
•Review sub-contractors shop drawings before official submission to the supervision consultant for technical check-up and fine tuning if needed;
•Resolve interface problems amongst various trades by preparing coordination shop drawings. (Architecture, Civil and MEP);
•Conduct regular coordination and follow up meetings with the Supervision consultant as well as sub-contractors to adopt and agree technical solutions and proposals;
•Review and analyze technical data in the projects such as drawings, specifications and BOQ;

- Prepares project shop drawings for consultant’s approval for 20 architectural buildings, infrastructure structure buildings and project landscape, also checks and adjusts consultant’s comments.
- Performs design and construction management skills during the project’s life cycle.
- Prepares technical reports, progress reports, RFIs, special studies and cost estimates for the projects.
- Participates equitably in the development and implementation of the Division/project goals and objectives. - Prepares and submit materials needed in the project for construction process and check the technical properties in accordance to project specifications and QCS specs.
- Prepares and makes presentations to various groups, governmental and private organizations and interest groups, as required.
- Coordinates architectural design efforts with civil and MEP design and other related scopes.
- Prepares tender analysis report and negotiate with subcontractors also checks their proposed shop drawings.

-Preparing a full interior design from scratch for a residential apartment project of 14 story, followed by full detailed shop drawings, followed by supervision on site.
-Preparing 3d generated shots for all spaces in a private residential units, apartments, retail shops, coffee shops, including detailed design, followed by finishing materials, colours and linens selection, technical drawing submittals approvals, and supervision on walls, ceiling and floors installation.
- Preparing interior design and shop drawing for luxurious residential building entrances.
-Preparing facade design for villas and retail shops also making shop drawings & details for curtain wall & facade installation and BOQ

i have been working as an architect since i was a student. then after graduation i worked in 2 offices each for 2 years one is specialist in interior and exterior design applying some interior designs in hospitals then i joined a new better office with more work experience in interior and residential work. more over since i was graduated till now i am a teacher assistant in on of the best engineering colleges in egypt. i am looking forward to get better chance in a new place to increase my working experience
