Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual Financially reports
 Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing,
and other transactions.
 Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company and implementing cost saving
measures.
 Present financial reports to board members in formal meetings
 Provide timely explanations of Favorable and unfavorable variances between actual results
and forecasts/budgets then provide corrective action recommendations to management.

(SERS) and invoices.
 Responsible for the monthly close as well as maintenance of all accounting ledgers including
monthly review of all account reconciliations and journal entries (ICOGS).
 Preparation of annual Egypt budget using data obtained from customers and other sources in
cooperation with CFO.

 Implemented regular workflow monitoring procedures using table checklist and working file
that helped reduce month-end close procedures time by 30% and still improve to reduce more.
 Reduced company expenditures by doing periodic patrol consistently on company consumable
assets detecting potential cost savings.
 Creating Aging report for all our payables and receivables accounts to monitor and tracing
due invoices
