* Headhunting by identifying and approaching suitable candidates.
* Sourcing over 4 portals as a recruiter (LinkedIn, Bayt.com, Gulf talent and Recruiter software PRS.)
* Role includes making a list of candidates, creating market maps for different roles, shortlisting on the
basis of research and forwarding an initial long list to the Manager. On several occasions, I am given
the responsibility of contacting candidates and conducting candidate interviews.
* Organizing interviews with clients and selection events.
* The candidates are senior level candidates (i.e. Directors, Head, Managers, Regional Heads, CMO)
from UAE or GCC countries.
