1) Coordinating with Company all departments - Project Management, Engineering, Process, Technical Support, Procurement, Project services, Safety and Construction.
2) Coordinating with KOC all departments - Project Management, Design, OTS, HSE, Construction and Operation & Maintenance.

8) Monitoring the work of sub contractors to complete the work as per Client approved Procedures and Drawings.
9) Ensuring that all site activities are conducted under controlled conditions as per approved shop drawings, method statements, specification and work plan.
10) Coordinating the weekly meetings with subcontractors regarding the construction performances and status of the scheduled erection plan to avoid any delay or hindrance of their activities as to be able to accomplish and perform their works.
11) Attending the project progress meeting with Client for the work status & progress and proposals for methods to accomplish the Project works.
12) Scheduling and monitoring Shutdown activities such as Isolation, Draining, Spading, Purging, Cold cutting, Tie-ins welding, NDE acceptance, Hydro Testing and De-spading.
13) Ensuring pre commissioning activities such as Air blowing, Torque Tightening, Leak test and Nitrogen Purging.
14) Assisting with client prior to start up and commissioning of the system.
1) Scheduled and Monitored Fabrication / Erection of Pipe Spools, Pipe Support and Structural works.
2) Coordinated with all departments, Clients and Sub-Contractors.
3) Monitored erection of sewage Pumps, penstocks, valve fittings and Ductile Iron pipe Spools as per approved drawings.
