Perform maintenance & service of imaging equipment as per compliances.
• Coordinates with vendor or OEM engineer for further technical support.
• Manage maintenance agreements with vendors for servicing & preventive maintenance of
medical equipment.
• Monitor PPM to ensure minimal disruption to operations & to ensure that medical equipment is
safe for use at all the times.
• Advise or provide training to users on proper handling of medical equipment.
• Follow up & Perform all PPM as per technical & healthcare compliances.
• Plan supervise & coordinate the OEM engineer for breakdown, commissioning & PPM.
• Assist in preparation of monthly reports for better operation.
• Ensure BME work activities conform to standards & work practices that the hospital subscribes.
• Manage the inventory of the related devices to minimize the downtime of the equipment’s.
• Site Inspection, Installation, ATP Calibration & PMS of below mentioned products.
• Maintenances & servicing of all these equipments installed all over India in government including AIIMS & private medical institutions including Medanta Medicity.
• Provide all hardware & software supports including workstation setup & network setup.
• Documents all service WO activities in Medvantage (Salesforce CRM) portal.
• Manage all inventory & stocks related to the products with co-ordination with supply chain.
• Responsible for Service Operation in PAN INDIA location.
Analog & digital including 3-D mammography) & Bone Mineral Densitometry system (Whole Body),
Colour Doppler (Analogic & Ultrasonix).
• Installation, Inspection, calibration & PMS of below mentioned products.
• Maintainance & servicing of all these equipments installed all over India in leading government
Medical Institutions including AIIMS & CRPF.
• Provide the necessary training to the costumer for better use of equipments.
• Provide all hardware & software supports including workstation setup & network setup between
different modilities.
• Also communicate for advance support with OEM companies on phone & E-mail as well.

Mammo, M4 Analog Mammo, BMD of Discovery series, SVDX for workstations with
CAD, Multiview Multimodility System, Sonix SP, Sonix SP Q+ & Tablet ultrasound
After delivering the AGFA CR system to the customer site check each unit of the package.
• Check the customer site according to the requirement of the CR installation.
• After the complete installation next is user training to the operator.
• In this onsite, telephonic & remote support included.
• Maintain the customer relation by better service for future AMC & CMC contract.
