As Country Head Position for SIMPOLO VITRIFIED, manufacturer of Wall, Floor Tiles apart from Sanitary wares, am responsible for formulation & implementation of marketing strategies & policies. Apart from monitoring of ‘Sales & Administration’ on a day to day basis, am also responsible for forecasting of sales & subsequent achievement through distributor & dealer network & direct institutional sales. Collating feedback from market to identify areas of improvement at service level & identifying prospective Institutional & Projects clients & forecasting anticipated market trends for change, then re-designing proper action plan for its success are also part of my responsibilities. Other responsibilities includes conceptualizing & organizing sales campaigns, designing showrooms in coordination with branding department & other necessary events, as a part of brand building exercise & market development effort.
