* Workshop Supervisor responsible for 90+ mechanics
* Supervises and controls the daily operations of Vehicle Maintenance to ensure compliance to high engineering standards, company policies and contractual requirements. This includes, but is not limited to the management of the operations profitability, and efficiency, ensuring adherence to Hazmat, Health and Safety protocol
* Ensures the optimization of human resources through the design and implementation of necessary processes and procedures to enhance efficiency
* Keeps abreast of most recent technical information and fault finding methods and ensure the dissemination of the necessary information to key personnel
* Maintains a clean and orderly workshop/site to promote a safe working environment
* Reports on the daily accomplishments and activities of the designated site
* Supervises and monitors the work load of Maintenance staff and sets their priorities, ensuring productivity of daily tasks
* Ensures that all parts requests have been validated and submitted to SCM (Supply Chain Management) in a timely manner
* Plans, Organizes and implements the successful and high quality repair and maintenance of vehicles.
* Ensures that all workshop documents are processed and captured on the relevant systems in accordance with company policies and standard operating procedures
* Establishes and maintains appropriate administrative system
* Responsible for high priority mission implémentation and execution
* Diagnosis and correction on an array of issues including complex electronics on the following : LTV, MTV, HMMWV, MSFV, MRAP, MRV, Utility Vehicles
* Supervising the rebuild team of mechanics
*Cost consciousness - Works within approved budget
* Develops and implements cost saving measures
* Deals with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events
* Innovation - Displays original thinking and creativity
