 Create the organizations filing and archiving system.
 File and archive, on a daily basis, all incoming and outgoing correspondence, reports, invoices, and any other
paper work.
 Ensure that all issued/outgoing documents correspond to the organizations document quality manual which
includes reading of all deliverables to ensure that the proper format is being utilized and that documents are up to
the standards of the firm.
 Provide administrative assistance in relation to the list of invoices issued and balance of paid and outstanding
amounts.
 Responsible for the update of the organizations website with any new projects.
During the first 15 months (15) of my tenure with CMA, I was a site-based document controller and administrator at
the W Hotel Tower in Al-Abdali district. I was responsible for the daily coordination between the site and head office
in relation to any communications and works flow between the two offices. I also managed all paper work on behalf
of CMA with the Employer (Eagle Hills Properties) and the Project Manager (Turner Construction).
