 Read Projects Fire and Safety DWR for data collection to classify the project type ( ERP, FF, FA, EL, Cladding ) .

 insure that after the DWR have been viewed and studded for phase 1 have been submitted to the client to insure that they have create the updated DWR as per our comments .
 Insure that all the payments have been done as per the contract or PO.
 Follow up with the engineers to track the projects phases .
 Follow up with the suppliers for ERP Project and insure that the materials have been submitted on time and installed as per the deal.
 Create A Weekly report for each project .
 Prepare the Yearly Budget .
 follow up with under process projects and tender.
 prepare the Tenders requirements for submission and follow up with .
 Join the meetings with the Engineers and Clients .
 Insure the MOM have been crated as per the Meetings .
 Insure that each project have folder with full documents as per the following :

o Project Description and details
o DWR
o Quotation and PO.
o invoices and payments .
