This role in an international law firm entails invoice issuing, administration and general office management, including managing members of staff.
This role within the marketing department contained individual responsibility for managing 14 online insurance products as well as the design and development of new products to the group. Interaction with internal teams such as finance, IT, underwriting as well as external software development companies.
This role within the underwriting department entailed administrating and underwriting mainly household and travel insurance products. Responsibility in maintaining a profitable book of business. Interaction with the marketing/product development team in order to improve/develop profitable products.
This job was an underwriting role in personal lines with incoming and outgoing calls to insurance brokers with Household, Motor and Travel insurance underwriting authority. Dealt with motor fleet policies.
This part time position during my university studies involved sales & customer service, selling airline tickets, hotel stays and insurances as well as currency conversion.
A BA(Hons) degree in the social sciences with International Relations as major subject and Communicaton in English as Minor subject. Dissertation title: The fear of the ‘number one’ - A text analysis of articles written about the Stockholm bombing on the local, national and international level
