Executive - Logistics and Planning @ Vestas (2 Sep 2011 till date) \n \n➢ Coordinating between SBU (Sales business unit) and PBU (Production business unit) and GP (Global planning) shared service. \n➢ Alignment of the projects in project builder (SAP) as per the request from business units (SBU, PBU, GFP and GP) \n➢ Implementation of new projects in the SAP/IDP. \n➢ 100% accuracy in Updating DP & GP Check marks. \n➢ Checking onsite dates of all the items that are to be delivered at a place. \n➢ Batching of the items in the project builder as per the requirement in the inquiries. \n➢ Updating the demand plan of the project after making changes in the project builder. \n➢ Checking the MSI release strategy of items in the projects. \n➢ Creating purchase order as per Weekly input received from Team Release Site Portal. \n➢ Releasing the purchase order before sending to PBUs. \n➢ Daily updating of Data Quality Checks of Internal Delivery Plan output from BI to be uploaded to GFP Team site. \n➢ Coordinating with SBUs and PBUs for smooth operation. \n➢ Continuous follow up with the MDM team for costing and Source List issues. \n➢ Keeping track on the Inquiries Received from Business Units. \n➢ Coordinating with SSC - IOC Team for changes in Past IDP to match the factory data. \n➢ Responsible to transfer the new learning's and updated to my team members in a weekly review meeting.
Officer - Warehouse and Logistics @ Netafim (10 Feb 2010 to 29 Aug 2011) \n \n➢ Responsible for running of the warehouse to ensure efficient storage of goods, proper stock rotation and movement of goods as well as ensuring safety, environmental compliance and security in the warehouse. \n➢ Handling of Receipts, Issues and Job work materials. \n➢ Responsible for return of rejected materials to vendors. \n➢ Co-ordinate with relevant department like SCM, EXIM, Finance, production and Quality for day to day activities. \n➢ Dynamic location management system in WH for the quick identification, Tracking, Traceability & to have easy retrieval. \n➢ Cycle Counting and Reconciliation of stocks for packing materials and raw materials. \n➢ Keeping tracks and records of the goods in Transit and Goods received. \n➢ Outstanding ability to control inventory: Maintained the stock accuracy of 99% at all time. \n➢ Implemented the FIFO system in issue of RM & Indirect material to maintain traceability. \n➢ Preparing Standard Operating Procedures, work instructions for warehouse operations for the plant and maintaining MIS/ reports for facilitating decision making by the management. \n➢ Daily updating of raw material report. \n➢ Preparing the dispatch report s. \n➢ Follow up and Clearing the total STO material in transit for longer period. \n➢ Allocated duty scheduling to all department of the warehouse staff and Supervision & Control on the staff working in the store. \n➢ Follow up with Vendors & Region warehouses for timely delivery of materials which are urgent for production & Dispatch. \n➢ Transport bills clearing as per agreement for stock transfer. \n➢ To ensure the Rejected / Damaged materials movement and its complete record keeping. \n➢ Co-ordinate with production, QC for dispatch the urgent required materials. \n➢ To manage all the internal documents such as Goods Received Vouchers, Dispatch Vouchers, Sales & Purchase Return vouchers, Inter-company transaction vouchers, Delivery note etc. \n➢ Co-ordinate with internal audit & external audit for stock taking activities. \n➢ Handled dispatch of materials for stock transfer.
