Reconciliation of accounts
Maintains the filling in an organize manner
Process adjustments
Prepare bank deposits
Attends to inquiries, complaints and requests regarding reservations
Receives, processes and confirm reservations made by clients thru phone, email or fax
Inputs all reservations into the system with all pertinent information and treat it with confidentiality
Follows established procedures in processing all reservations, rates, confirmations and amendments
Prepares and files daily checklist report with reservations entered
Up-sells whenever opportunities arise and meet monthly targets
Cash applications, cash reconciliation, account reconciliation, adjustment entries, unapplied report, unapplied & unidentified clean-up, adhoc reports, and prepare desktop procedures.
