Site based reporting directly to Design and Technical Manager. Responsibilities include but not limited to generation of accurate, well presented and in line with project procedure Shop drawings from tender drawings in transforming into workable designs in a timely and efficient manner to meet deadline and schedules.
Update drawings reflecting corrections.
Preparation/Provision of details and material packages for subcontractor on issues related with design and specifications.
Coordinating Shop drawings prepared with MEP/Structural related trades to check discrepancies if any.
Reviews Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings and prepares RFI’s if needed.
Ensure that Engineering documents and documentation are filled correctly formatted and traceable, that only the latest revision of the document is being worked on.
Provide administrative support in drawing management to meet project objectives.
Working with senior architects in the Design series of the Project
using 3D Presentation (3d Cad, Revit, Photoshop) as maybe required by the Client, mostly, but not limited to Luxury Villas located in the posh fronds of Palm Jumeirah. After discussion with the Client, I prepare the preliminary design, then incorporating the standards and requirements set by the Municipality of Dubai to seek approval from the different disciplines for the Project.

Responsible for the preparation of General Arrangement Plans, Sections and other miscellaneous details to be issued For Construction.

Assist in coordination & preparation of evaluation on actual estimate on site versus bid Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Prepares materials requisition and transmits to purchasing department. Monitors delivery of materials and inventories at warehouse. Attend different exhibits about materials and tools information and new technology. Responsible in handling all officeworks, which includes filing, preparation of Job Orders, assistance in preparation of billings, and preparation of DTR’s & WTR’s.
Assists in designing of chores of not so complicated designs say jigs & fixtures, carts and trolleys, canisters and bins, reels, etc. Also with the assistance or instructions from the Superior/s may be allowed to do more complicated job as long as it may be necessary and time and situation ask and require for it. With direct coordination with the Engineering Manager & Technical Sales Engineers in providing them with the drawing requirement for client’s order.
Responsible in the preparation of landscape designs subject for quotation, and/or bidding, and/or estimation. Supervises landscape maintenance. Prepares quotations and estimates and assist in bidding.
Provide direct assistance to the General Manager, Engineering and Plant Manager, in relation to all detailed drawings they require for steel fabrication which includes providing of As built of complicated improvised mechanical parts & machines presented in 2d & 3d shop drawings, These drawings are used and then usually filed in perpetuity for future reproduction.
