scope of responsibilities:
1. Prepare schedule based on the required timeframe of the client
2. Monitor progress, update schedule ensuring that progress align with the plan

Manager on the most practicable and economical measures to control the construction
work schedule.

2. Monitor the progress and productivity of the construction activities and other related
activities in reference to the various latest detailed construction schedules and report to
the Site Schedule Manager on any discrepancy found between the actual and scheduled
progresses.
3. Analyze the schedule based on the data collected according to the established
