Directs and supervises all activities pertinent to Al Mahmal Center’s operations including approval of new store (tenants) drawing, developing mall standard guidelines, reviewing tenants design submittals, ensuring tenants compliance in policies and procedure, verification of incoming and outgoing items, and to perform administrative and technical decisions according to pre-set standard and guidelines. Contributing in the company’s sustainable development by reducing operational costs without compromising the ability of future operations in technical views.

Reporting directly to company CEO with main function is to engage the whole operations of the project ensuring all services are applied effectively. Ensuring all proper information is available at any stage of work and activities especially critical and confidential matters that needs immediate attention of the top management of both client and the company. Implementing best customer relationship management, facilities management, maintenance, and contract management practices that improve the overall operational efficiency of managed assets, maintain high customer satisfaction, and help achieve companies business objectives.

Responsible for FM deliverable s based on contract that are relevant in work completion certificates and monthly reporting to clients, i.e. Service Performance Monitoring, Communications and Reporting, Complaints Management, Quality Assurance, Service Provider Management, Performance Monitoring, Quality Control, Audit and Inspection and Customer satisfaction.

Responsibility involves checking, inspecting, implementation and installation of fire protection system HVAC and plumbing system based on approved design, specifications and materials of contracted project considering standards of safety during the specific period of construction until its full turnover to the client. Coordinates all request for inspections prior to approval (Plumbing, Hvac and Fire Fighting).
