• Responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channels and power retailers. (Jumbo Retail, Grandstore, Virgin Megastore, Plug-Ins, Souq.Com, Jackys, Al Falak Electronics, Noon.Com).
• Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
• Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
• Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
• Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts.
• Processing Documentations (Claims, LPO’s Credit Notes).
• Ensure proper stocks allocation in all channels and power retailers and make sure that all promoters and merchandisers displays the product accurately.

• Handling Lenovo Laptops, Tablets and Desktops
• Handling Accounts of Carrefour, Jumbo Retail, Plug-ins, Tec-Buy and Online Shops (Souq.com, Lets Tango.com, ETC)
• Making sure all respective accounts are healthy in terms of stock rotation.
• Delivery of goods on time.
• Arrange the collection of return of goods if necessary and arrange some special deals if needed
• Building a good communication with the vendors of Lenovo

• Ensure to provide customers with product or service information to assist them in determining appropriate product to purchase and recommend additional products or services to meet customer needs.
• Ensure the store constantly maintain the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
• Arranging the best seller in store merchandizing and maintaining all section to fully organized and giving full attention to the certain products.
• Ensure accurate and smooth day to day operation.
• Ensure accurate inventory control and appropriate stock levels and Analyze and set preventive actions to overcome shortage of the stocks.
• Ensure healthy and professional working environment and create and maintain a world class ambiance in the store.
