Prepares necessary mis_en_place. Plating the pastries for the buffet. Monitoring the quantity and checking the quality of the product to be serve.
Responsible in preparing mis_en_place. Prepares and bakes cakes according to recipe. Measures ingredients using measuring cups and spoons. Mixes ingredients to form dough or batter, using electric mixer or beats and stirs ingredients by hand. Adjust drafts of thermostatic controls to regulate oven temperatures.
