-Maintain & develop HR Policies & Procedures, Standardization of forms, Data Management and implement executive strategies to the development of the Human Resources department.
-Develop HR team to ensure the provision of a professional HR service to the organization and develop Organizational Strategic planning.
-Handling Manpower recruitment, Performance Management, Competency building, Management development and ensure a motivational climate in the organization.
-Ensuring legal residency status, control leaves and flight ticket administration for all employees.
-Executing Terminations / resignations and employee exit formalities.
- Expertise in Compliance Management, Contract negotiations and good knowledge about Kuwait Labor law.
- Strengthen the employer-employee relationship through identifying and resolving workplace issues, measuring employee satisfaction and morale, and providing support and input to the company's performance management system.
