Responsible for directing, organizing and controlling project activities under the direction of the General Manager and Board Member.
Responsibilities:
• Attends Landlord Kick-off meetings and assist with determination of project requirements
• Sets-up and manages support functions covering planning, tracking, reporting, quality management and internal communication
• Liaise with contractors before and during the whole fit-out period
• Carefully reviews submitted Bill of Quantities
• Carefully reviews project design and activities for compliance with procedures and standards
• Track the progress and quality of work being performed by the contractor
• Effectively and accurately communicates relevant project information to the Landlord, designer, and contractor
• Ensuring the effective preparation and delivery of all project events and meetings and production of all necessary documentation
• Keeps the General Manager/Board Member informed about project status and issues that may impact the project
Responsible for the detail drainage design and calculation of small land development projects in Australia and major roads in the Middle East.
Responsibilities:
• Lay-out of storm water for Development Application.
• Design of Storm water System using 12d Model for Edmondson Park South Stage 2 and 7 in accordance with Storm water Code of Australia for Construction Certificate.
• Preparation of all necessary design calculation.
• Deliver mark ups to the CAD team on a timely basis and ensures that all documents returned from the CAD team are thoroughly checked for correctness.
• Assists on the detailed design for storm water using Drains and Civil 3D.
• Carefully study the design sketches, notes and other relevant material received from the design engineer and carry out all instructions given.
• Gives relevant check prints to the Design Engineer and Cad Manager along with all pertinent data necessary to perform a comprehensive check.
I worked here with a 3 months contract to assists on the detailed engineering design of SEGMENT 10 REDESIGN OF 1 KM SECTION FOR AIRPORT RAIL (AER) PROJECT and SLEX-NLEX CONNECTOR ROAD PROJECT.
Responsibilities:
• Carefully study the design sketches, notes and other relevant material received from the design engineer and carry out all instructions given.
• Plan the design drawings by determining what details and information need to be placed on each sheet, the scale to be used, the number of sheets required and the sequence of the sheets.
• Gives relevant check prints to the Design Engineer and Cad Manager along with all pertinent data necessary to perform a comprehensive check.
Responsible for the detailed drainage design and land development of Awakea at Mehana - a housing development in Kapolei, Hawaii.
Responsibilities:
• Importing GIS data and processing survey data using Civil 3D
• Creating surfaces (both existing and design of proposed)
• Creating pipe networks, profiles and cross sections
• Creating construction drawings based on the data/result produced in civil 3D.
• Preparation of all necessary design calculation.
