• Maintaining, Troubleshooting and Monitoring of PVC Extrusion machine, Crasher, Injection mold and Mixer.
• Inspection of Heaters, thermocouple, SSR, contactor, MCB of Barrels/Die body heating system
• Measurements Test of Power Voltage, Amperes loads, Resistance/Continuity using Multimeter
• Identify Electrical Circuit Faults through Checking of schematic diagram and control circuit.
• Performing preventive maintenance plan accordingly to schedule, target days and hours
• Installation of industrial motors, blowers, heaters, Water Pump's, ventilation, conveyors and Gear box
• Diagnostic and Analyze PLC Basic problem and Troubleshooting.
• Maintaining Variable speed drives VFD control, HMI and AC/DC Drives
• Repair or Replace faulty wirings on panel boards, receptacles, switches, conduits and breakers boards.
• Power Cable Wire pulling, splicing, layout, Lug Crimping, Termination and harnessing.
• Responsible for maintaining Blow film Extruder, punching and sealer machine
• Replaced/Repair some faulty wirings, electronic, Electrical issues such like temperature, Control, board, inverters, contactor, motor controls.
• Repair/Replacement of Heater contactors’, Heaters and Temperature controller
• Alignment/Blade settings of Cutter Blade Puncher and Sealer
• Maintaining variable speed controller -VFD and AC/DC drives
• Mold die body change over as per process from LLDPE/LDPE to HDPE mold die/ vice versa
• Monthly lubrication of cams, gear/sprocket, chain, Toggle cam, blade guide, gear couplers
• Replacement of infeed and outfeed spring carrier plastic and cleaned its Spring slot space
• Disassemble/Replacement of motor bearings, gasket seal and gearbox servicing.
• Responsible in maintaining Blow Molding Machine (Krones, Sidel, Kosme and Siapi)
• Repair and troubleshoot of blow molder machine such as drive, blowing nozzle, oven heating, stretching, cams and pneumatic control
• Repair and replace gasket, seal o ring of valves having air /water leakage.
• Troubleshooting of conveyor system, drives, relay, contactors and sensors.
• Replace and Repair Electrical faulty wirings in machine controls and boards.
• Responsible for maintaining Variable speed controller -VFD, HMI
• Assist Technician in Overhauling of 40bar air compressor (Siad and Telefrancua)
• Maintain good condition of Industrial chiller (ammonia type-HANSA)
• Perform quarterly overhaul of date coder machine (Videojet excel series)
• Repair and troubleshoot of filler machine, valves cleaning, mechanical checkup, greasing/lubrication. Capper torque checkup and gear transmission.
• Maintain good Condition of sugar packaging machine.
• Responsible in maintaining Transfer Molding press fusie, Lauffer, krass (190, 200, 250T)
• Perform Startup/Set up/Calibration on Molding press Equipment.
• Installation/Disassemble of Industrial motors, blowers, heaters and pump
• Parameters adjustment like pressure, temperature and required process parameters
• Modify and repair electrical faulty wirings and control circuit of machine
• Fine tuning /Repair of hydraulics system of mold pressure Requirements
• Installation any kinds of hydraulics valves, solenoid, motor pump's and piston cylinders
• Overhauling/Gasket, Packing Seal Replacement of main, Sub-Cylinder and Piston Cylinder
• Mold tool/cavity's planarity compensation and adjustment
• Mold Tool Conversion, Heater system set up and Parameters requirements
• Responsible in maintaining Offset printing press (Heidelberg/Man Roland 5colors)
• Replacement of UV light Blower’s, Suction motor and water pump
• Carbon brush replacement for synchronous motor and DC motor
• Maintaining variac variable speed controller for dampener roller
• Replacement and Installation of any Industrial motor blowers, heaters, pump
• Replace or Repair some faulty wirings on panel boards and Equipment
• Install, maintain and Repair electrical control system, wiring and Lighting system
• Replace or Repair any kinds of lighting fixtures, GFl, Fluorescent, Halogens, Halides lamps etc.
