Checking the weekly Kuwait Gazette in order to find the announcements of the tenders semi tenders bidding from the ministries or from any public authority and from the CAPT website ......
Preparing the check list and send it to the in charge engineer...
Inform the in charge engineers if there are pre tender meetings site survey.......
Preparing all documents along with the supporting documents as requested......
Preparing the L.G and it life starting date extension or end to the Finance Depart.
Preparing the permissions gate pass to enter for our employees and engineers to the interdiction area from the MOI or MOD or any other Kuwaiti authorities.
Preparing the purchase request (internal Tenders Depart).
Keeping the submitted tenders semi tender in schedule and review when we know new updates changes closing(postponement ) date or amendments or whatever.
Checking CAPT website for example the request of extend initial LG, M.O.M, results, awarded T, ST ....
Inform the HR Depart. and Admin Depart of the licenses, agencies, agreements, ISO's certifications manpower certificate ... status ( to be renewed...).
Keeping price analysis and financial offers in file with reference.
Pay attention to all document (signed + stamped..) required to avoid the disqualification.
Inform in charge engineer if they (Public body concerned) request (catalogs, sample, certificates from our suppliers inside or outside Kuwait ) to be complied ....
