 Responsible for preparing or reviewing conceptual architecture design for all company projects in the fields of Interior, Architectural and Planning carrying out the full range of required tasks, starting from concept design to site supervision.

 Revising conceptual design alternatives prepared by Consultant or inhouse to reach the best alternatives matching with company vision & strategy to present to the top management to choose the best proper option
 Prepare Project brief & presentation with full coordination with Marketing & Public Relation Departments.
 Responsible for Design review and all activities taking place in Design management Stage such as;
 Preparing design brief, Architecture Consultant scope of work, Consultant Request of proposal, setting out Consultant tender evaluation criteria/score values for technical offers and prepare overall Consultant Tender Evaluation & choosing Consultant.
 Responsible for transformation of projects concepts into final architectural design & Prepare detailed and accurate design, construction and execution documents
 Responsible for overall design coordination architectural drawings with structural and MEP drawings through the project’s design phases, to reach final coordinated architectural drawings.
 Preparing or revising Projects Finishing Schedule & Color scheme
 Preparing Tender documents; general architectural specification, measurements of the projects & B.O. Qs of all projects.
 Preparing Permit requirements for all Company projects & Following up the issuing of the construction permits in coordination with Governmental relations Dept.
 Responsible for Coordinating with Customer Care department concerning the client’s modifications or special designs of all projects, in addition to preparing or supervising clients modifications (if any) and clients tailed special design implementation architecture final drawings to be sent to the site for execution.
 Preparing the Control files tables of each project with complete coordination with Contract & Sales Departments.
 Ensure customers satisfaction across areas of responsibilities.
 Provide technical coordination for all Project activities, Liaise and collaborate with all parties acting in project process such Municipality, staff, consultants, contractors, clients, sales and marketing teams.
 Searching and following up the updates of the new buildings and finishing materials and study the ability of its implementation in the projects.
 Responsible for Technical supervision for all projects under construction to solve any technical site problems (if any) with projects construction managers.
 Taking responsibilities of the administrative works in the Section.
 Following up and evaluating the performance of the section subordinates.
