- Communicate through calls and emails with selling partners to encourage/support them to ship
orders on time, improve/maintain their fulfillment performance and assist them in any concerns
related to fulfilling orders
- Follow up on pickup escalations with Amazon Logistics company & 3P courier companies.
- Ensure that seller’s compensations are done on time and within the SLA (Service-level Agreement)
- As Order management team associate, I’ve been managing the sellers’ performance by performing
daily follow-ups with sellers in order to resolve their issues and increase their fulfillment rate and
meet the PDD (Promise Delivery Date)
- Managed the task of Returned shipments which were dispatched from the 3P courier companies to
Souq MP Warehouse after they have been marked as undeliverable to sellers. This project was to
ensure that sellers are still able to receive their shipments before legal disposal
- Handled the pickup escalations received by sellers and made a daily follow up with 3P courier
companies to ensure that orders are picked up on time and save the customer experience
- Handled suspending the seller’s accounts according to the policies and rates limits as well as reactivating the sellers’ accounts based on Souq business rules
- Handled documentation in form of submittals between STL & Owner (Aramco) for each task
performed by different fields (Ex: Electrical, Architecture etc.) in Adhiyafah Hall project
- Handled administrative tasks related to Project Manager’s office
- Responsible for entry permits to the site for visitors, departments managers, workers, or outer
source labors
