• Responding to Customer Request’s and Queries in addition to site Visit when needed.
• Communicating and advice clients on new and existing enterprise solutions as well as other changes and updates.
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, by making trainings and demonstrating how EastNets products meets client needs.
• Working with the Account manager to provide pre/post-sales support & with the sales team
To design, propose, and close new deals/opportunities with target customers.
• Treating customer’s complaints and Inquiries efficiently and effectively.
• Handling difficult and aggressive customers in a professional manner.
• Compiling and preparing Weekly and monthly reports with recommendations for management.
Trouble shooting, administration and support of Windows 2003, 2008 Server and MS Exchange.
Design, Implement suitable networking systems for different levels.
Research and kept up to date with latest developments in the field of information technology.
Liaising with external support agencies to resolve faults speedily.
