- Managing global distributors relations in Europe, Central Africa and the
Americas markets and handles their customer service.
- Leading S4HANA-SAP implementation project, starting with maintaining required
processes, data migration, testing and ensuring all required data pertaining to the
orders are interacting with the factory automation system (MES).
- Create detailed business and production plans designed to attain
predetermined goals and quotas.

- Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business.
- Build and help to standardize business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business review.
- Maintain updated and accurate records of sales, including transfers and cycle counts.
- Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs.
- Manage portfolio and transactions for VIP assigned client list through customer centric KPIs and achieved high satisfaction rates in conducted surveys
- Establish customer service processes and drive a culture of fact based decision making through data analysis and rewards on KPIs
- Assigns duties and work schedules to workers to ensure efficient functioning of department.
- Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in receiving and paying out money and keeping records of transactions
- Audit, Consolidate and balances daily transactions
- Trains employees on customer service and banking procedures
- Manage a large portfolio of financial services for an assigned VIP customer base, overachieved Quota in 2013 and maintained strong relationship with the client base
- Start with premium response and customer service to obtain client trust, then cross-sell and up-sell other financial services
- Maintain specific number of cold and hot calls and ensure healthy funnel of leads
- Ensure precise and updated customer data and transactions on existing CRM system
- Question prospects on financial behavior and product usage pattern to be able to identify needs for Mashreq Bank products
