Newly joined, the company was sometime not operative due to the pandemic so was also part-time working in real estate sales.
Managing the GM’s diary and appointments. Keep all the concerned informed of appointments, priorities and deadlines through multiple channels and in a timely and efficient manner.
Acting as the contact point for all visitors to GM’s office. Welcoming on-site visitors,
Maintaining a comprehensive filing and archiving system easy to retrieve by GM Managing invitations and meeting requests. Arranging meeting material, catering through the admin team and taking minute. Coordinating & attending Management meetings (ex. Board meetings)
Dealing with incoming correspondence (electronic & hard copy) in a timely and efficient manner, drafting response or soliciting input from concerned staff if necessary.
Assist with HR duties (salary Certificates, attendance sheets, Medical cards, entry permits, sick leaves, HR manual policy review, staff performance development plans, trainings…etc.)
Drafting/ Editing/formatting/compiling/ revising/proofreading/distributing Weekly/Annual/Monthly reports/ manuals / forms/presentations…etc.
Coordinating personal flight, visa and hotel for the GM - if required.
Assist in processing the GM’s expense claims and do follow ups.
Translation - (Arabic/English/ French) + Maintaining the Company contact database
Assist in BOQ preparation and in obtaining pricing from suppliers

Assisting the Managing Director (MD) & the Chairman with their research work and activities.
Event/Exhibition Coordinator, preparing welcome bags, certificates, gifts or trophies.
Perform HR duties (salary Certificates, attendance sheets, Medical cards, entry permits, sick leaves, HR manual policy review, staff performance development plans, trainings, company trade license and lease, NOCs, Visas/Entry Permits, hotels & Air-tickets, …etc)
Preparing agenda, program of visits and coordinating time schedule and collecting materials for meetings/speeches/conferences, by liaising with relevant individuals.
Designing with the Communication team publications/Newsletters/books/ brochures and helping them with translation and banner and booklets or manual printing.
Coordinating Agricultural/Mineral & Chemical Commodities Inspections/Quality & Quantity Control locally and internationally through SGS subsidiary overseas.
Coordinating Draft surveys (on vessels, tankers).
Issuing Quantity & Quality Reports (ISO Certificates)
Briefing inspectors on their field assignment and commodity (field visits, sample collection & labeling, quality checks, noting down observations) and preparing quality assurance reports.
Document Control; Verifying of all export/import documents as per sales order/LC
transcribes the patient-identifying information
Transcribes the medical report based on the doctor's physical examination to the patient and diagnostic for medical record.
Maintains/consults references for medical procedures and terminology.
Coordinate and update application of patient care and infection control policies and procedures. Update staff on the implementation of infection control measures and new recommendations.
Coordinate clinical staff meetings and continuous education/in-service activities in conjunction with the Chief Quality Officer
Help in internal inspection activity. Inventory and identification of expired medicine
Responsible for the management of all shift retail operations with a key focus on driving sales, delivery of outstanding customer service and in store merchandising in line with brand requirements
