- In charge of all logistics and marketing requirements for the congress and liaise directly with
Ministry of Interior to meet their requirements deadlines.

- Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials & evaluating marketing campaigns / Assisting the project director in managing the event

- in charge of set-up & all Marketing inquiries of Qatar Radio and Qatar Foundation booths
